Meet Abigail – YAO’s New Esthetician Promoting Skin Health

YAO is excited to introduce to you, Abigail Martin, Licensed Esthetician and the new face of YAO Beauty.  If Abigail had a tagline it would likely be Bare Skin Looks Better.  That being said, Abigail has the utmost compassion for those who have been struggling with acne and other skin eruptions, rashes, etc where the inner need to cover it up becomes hugely important to the individual. (Not to mention, she is extremely talented at working with people with these types of challenges).

Abigail has always been fascinated with skincare and was able to turn her personal interest into a profession when she attended a rigorous and intensive esthetics program at the Skin Institute in Saint Louis, MO. It was during her training that she quickly discovered that, indeed, she had picked the perfect career choice for who she is. 

Being born in the Year of the Rabbit, Abigail understands the importance of creating a comfortable and nourishing environment for her clients here at YAO.  She has put great attention to detail into recharging the YAO Beauty room with her unique mojo that will serve our greater YAO Community. Abigail truly embodies the ideas that: beauty comes from within, food is medicine, and the importance of ritual self-care…all of these, of course, are core to YAO Beauty. Being that her birth month is Horse, she works wonderfully in a team environment. As you may know, YAO is all about working on your behalf as a team.  So whether you come into YAO through the Medicine Department, Bodywork Department or Beauty Department, we are here to serve you in whatever way we can to assist in bringing balance into your life, your physical body, or mentally/emotionally/spiritually.
