Meet Joseph – Joseph is both a licensed massage therapist and is nationally certified by NCBTMB.  If you have a specific injury be it from sports, work or other, Joseph intertwines the various methodologies in which he has been trained in order to get right in there and go to work on any challenges your may be experiencing in your body. His practical approach, strong hands and direct attitude makes for a fabulous combination that assists in unwinding even the most tangled up of areas. Joseph has received in depth training in the following areas: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Motion Palpation, Cranial Sacral/Energy Work,  Neuromuscular Therapy, Tui-Na and Lomi Lomi.

Lymphatic Massage (Cancer, Post-Masectomy, Aids) Additionally, Joseph works on many of our patients experiencing bouts with various forms of cancer using his further training in manual lymphatic massage.  His training in this area allows him to understand the challenges experienced by patients going through and recovering from chemotherapy and radiation as well as how to work around ports including how to position the patient on the table considering the stage and procedures they are going through.  Joseph is very compassionate and has a deep sense of presence that can be very powerful for anyone experiencing the challenges posed by cancer.
